New climatic chamber in UTE
UTE has a new equipment for climatic tests on electric and electronical systems: the CHALLENGE 340 climatic chamber by Angelantoni Industrie.
CHALLENGE 340 has a temperature range from -40°C to +180°C and a relative humidity range from 10% to 98% in the temperature range +5°C - +95°C.
|
|
The control and management system is uPLC-based with a fast and useful colour touchscreen placed on the door.
There are different possible tests: cyclic tests in which both temperature and humidity are controlled, stress tests in extreme climatic conditions, burn-in tests.
The air distribution in the chamber is homogeneous thanks to an internal fan, so there aren't gradients and local gatherings: climatic parameters have low thermic inertia consequently fast temperature changes can be applied to the systems under test.
|
The internal chamber volume is 336 litres (600x800x700 mm) and not only small equipments and instrumentations but also systems of great dimensions can be tested in the chamber.

Furthermore, if the equipments under test are not self powered, it's possible to power the equipments by means of power supplies located outside the chamber without compromising test results.
|
The software of the climatic chamber allows to set personalized test cycles, to measure the climatic parameters in real time, to print test reports with all the information about the test, as the executed commands and the occurred alarms.
UTE is pleased to offer to its Clients an always increasing quality standard in the designed and produced electronical equipments, which are tested in all the critical aspects.
